General Terms and Conditions

Please read the following terms and conditions relating to gift vouchers, refunds, and client cancellations.

For first time clients:

Thank you for choosing The Body Bar Clinic on your beauty and wellness journey! To ensure your treatment starts on time, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow yourself time to park, use the bathroom if needed, and to fill in your consultation form. Arriving late to your appointment will result in a shorter treatment time allocation, in consideration of the next client. There is plenty of parking available in the carpark in front of and behind the building. Bathrooms are located in the far left corridor of the building. Please be mindful of noise within the clinic in consideration of clients wanting to relax, we ask that you speak softly and turn your mobile phone to silent when in the treatment rooms and hallway.

Gift Vouchers

Gift Voucher should be treated as cashed tender. Lost or stolen Gift Vouchers will not be replaced. Gift Vouchers are valid for 5 years from date of purchase. Please see expiry date. Promotional treatment vouchers are valid for 1 year from date of purchase , thereafter are redeemable as a dollar voucher. Gift-Vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and can only be redeemed on services or product purchases at The Body Bar Clinic.

Refund Policy

We want you to love your products, so please choose wisely. Due to the nature of the products, we are unable to provide a refund, return or exchange in the event you change your mind. We are also unable to provide a refund, return or exchange for any product that has been opened or used.

In the unlikely event that your product is faulty or damaged you must contact us within 14 days of the date of purchase. If you do not advise us within the 14 days we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us vis phone, email or in person within the 14 days and provide proof of purchase and evidence of damage. We will then assess and advise you further.

All prices and availability of the products in clinic are subject to change without notice.

Allergic Reactions

It is important to use products as directed on the label. In the unlikely event that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction, discontinue use and contact the clinic as soon as possible on 07 3207 3398. If our staff identify that the product purchased caused a skin reaction we will refund or exchange the product.

The advice and information contained within this site is of a general nature and is not intended to constitute or replace professional advice for individual or specific conditions. Whist we make every effort to ensure that the information contained within this site is correct, we take no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from its use.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life gets busy. If for any reason you need to reschedule your appointment we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. 

Please contact the clinic via our online booking system or call us on (07) 3207 3398 to change or reschedule your appointment.

Clients failing to abide by this Cancellation Policy or failing to show for appointments for 3 bookings will be required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit on all future bookings. 

Privacy Policy

At The Body Bar Clinic, we respect your privacy. We only collect personal information when it is necessary for us to do so. All personal information collected is treated in line with The Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Act). There are 13 Australian Privacy Principals that govern rights, standards, and obligations surrounding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.
