Skin Needling

More Information

Skin Needling

Skin Needling is an advanced treatment used to boost your skin's natural supply of collagen and elastin which results in a smoother, firmer and more youthful complexion. Skin Needling creates microscopic pin-pricks into the deeper layers of the skin to trigger the skin's natural wound healing response resulting in an increased production of collagen and elastin, and an increased absorption of cosmeceutical ingredients.

Treatment Customisers can be incorporated to further tailor the treatment to effectively treat your skin concerns.

Treatment options

Skin Needling can be used to treat the face, neck, décolletage, and various sections of the body.

Who can benefit

Skin Needling can be used to effectively treat acne scarring, fine lines and wrinkles, enlarged pores, stretch marks, and pigmentation. However is also a great treatment option for advanced rejuvenation of the skin and increased penetration of active ingredients to the deeper layers of the skin.

We also recommend Skin Needling for people looking to achieve the following results:

Brightens and evens your complexion.

Reduces pigmentation.

Reduces acne and congestion.

Rejuvenates your skin.

Stimulates collagen and elastin production to plump and firm the skin.

What to expect

Your treatment will include a consultation to allow your therapist to assess your suitability and to tailor your treatment to your specific concerns and needs. Your therapist will thoroughly cleanse your skin prior to performing skin needling, which involves making tiny pin-point punctures into the skin. A slight tingling, prickling, itching, tightness, or heat may be experienced on your skin during your treatment. Your therapist will monitor your comfort levels throughout your treatment as some areas can feel more sensitive than others. Let your therapist know at any time during your treatment if you are uncomfortable, and they can adjust the treatment settings to try and minimise the discomfort.
