Microdermabrasion

More Information

Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion will leave your skin immediately smoother, brighter and glowing through the use of advanced cosmeceutical ingredients, diamond tip exfoliation and vacuum suction. Microdermabrasion works by removing the built up dead cells on the skin's surface to reveal the healthier layers underneath, and stimulating the deeper layers of the skin to boost circulation and collagen production.

Our experienced and educated therapists will customise the intensity to your skin's tolerance to ensure a safe and effective treatment every time.

Treatment Customisers can be incorporated to further tailor the treatment to effectively treat your skin concerns.

Treatment options

Microdermabrasion can be used to treat the face, neck and/or décolletage.

Who can benefit

Microdermabrasion can be used to effectively treat acne, dullness, dehydration and dryness, and pre-mature ageing. It is a great maintenance treatment once your skin goals have been achieved, and for those just looking to refresh their skin. Microdermbrasion is also recommended 10-14 days after Skin Needling to reveal the new healthy skin.

We also recommend Microdermabrasion for people looking to achieve the following results:

Brightens and evens your complexion.

Reduces acne and congestion.

Rejuvenates your skin.

Resurfaces your skin.

Stimulates collagen production.

Boosts circulation and lymphatic drainage.

What to expect

Your treatment will include a skin consultation to allow your therapist to assess your suitability and to tailor your treatment to your specific concerns and needs. Your therapist will thoroughly cleanse your skin prior to performing microdermabrasion, which uses a diamond tip and vacuum suction to exfoliate and remove the outermost dead layers of the skin, before completing the treatment with a prescriptive mask and finishing products.

A slight tingling, prickling, itching, tightness, or heat may be experienced on the skin during your treatment.
