Relaxing Massage

Treatment options

We offer Swedish relaxation massage that can be tailored to suit your needs. Choose from a 30 minute, 60 minute or 90 minute massage.

What to expect

Your treatment time will vary depending on the chosen treatment, but will include a consultation to allow your therapist to tailor your treatment to your specific concerns and needs. Your therapist will customise the massage to your areas of concern and preferred massage pressure. Depending on the areas to be treated, you may be asked to remove part of or all your clothes down to your underwear - your modesty will be protected with the use of towels.

Preparation

Please inform the clinic of any medication, medical history or allergies prior to the commencement of your treatment.

Please refrain from:

Consuming alcohol or caffeine 2e-3 hours prior to your treatment.

Eating or drinking large amounts close to your appointment time as this may cause discomfort. We recommend a small meal at least 1 hour prior to your treatment.

Who isn't suitable for treatment

Client's may be unsuitable for treatment, or may need treatment alterations or medical approval, for any of the following:

Recent surgery in the past 6 months.

Cancer.

Inflammatory conditions.

Pregnancy.

Post treatment advice

Drink plenty of water.

Avoid alcohol and caffeinated drinks immediately after your treatment.

A small snack can help give your body an energy boost.

Refrain from working out for the remainder of the day to give your body some down time.
